Double the Fun
Two weeks ago, my brother Lance and his family moved in with us. We went from a household of 6 to a household of 12. The kids range in age from 11 months to 17 years old. Never a dull moment. We are glad to have them with us for a while. It should be an adventure.

Embarrasing Mom
So, yesterday my 6 year old son informed me that he does not want me kissing him goodbye at school in front of his friends. He said it embarrasses him. Every day I take my two oldest to school and I walk them to where they line up. My daughter always gives me a hug and a kiss and tells me she loves me. When I go to hug and kiss my son, he stands there really stiff like, "I don't know who this crazy lady is!" Anyway, so now I give him a love by the van and not in front of his friends! :)

Halloween Happenings
We had a fun time at the school costume parade. The gym was packed. All of the kids looked so cute in their costumes. Emily (above) was a "Sweet Witch." Logan (below) was a Knight. After the parade, they went back to their class for their class Halloween Party. Kind of a useless day for school work :)
Here the kids are on our front porch with their pumpkins just before going trick - or - treating. They were sooo excited to get going that they almost left without me.
Our little "Busy Bee" in the stroller while we were out trick-or-treating. It even started to sprinkle for a little bit.
Dustin, Logan, Emily - Trick-or-Treating at our neighbors. They got lots of candy. I'm sure daddy will help them eat it :)

Trip to Island Park

In August, we spent a week at a cabin in Island Park with my family. It was the first time since I was about 9 that all of my siblings have been on a trip together. We had a lot of fun! The kids had a blast together. James and Karrie arranged for us to stay at Karrie's Grandfather's Cabin. It was right on Henry's Lake.
One of the days we were there, we went to Yellowstone Park. We saw a bunch of Guysers, including Old Faithful and went to a place called Firehole Falls and played in the water. I had never been to the Firehole before, but I will definitely do that again. This is Breanna in the stroller at Old Faithful.
